Dr Joe de Beer is an internationally recognized shoulder surgeon, who is acknowledged as a leading expert and innovator in his field. He is a dedicated and highly skilled surgeon and the founder and Director of the Cape Shoulder Institute where shoulder problems are managed with both open and arthroscopic surgery.
